                           SUNDAY BOAR ROAST
                            Creating an delicious roast for the family is as easy as pie!
                            Your family will think you are a gourmet!


    INGREDIENTS:
    2 lb.  Boar /Pork Roast
    1/2 to 1 lb. Sweet Italian Ground Sausage
    4 Slices Bacon
    1/2 Cup Red Wine
    Favorite Dry Rub Seasoning
    Cooking Bag
    2 Tbls. Flour

    Best if done the night before, take your favorite Dry Rub Seasoning/s and
    thoroughly season your Roast.  Wrap in Clear Plastic Wrap and marinate
    in the Frig overnight....if not overnight, at least 2 hours before cooking.

    When ready to Cook Roast, pre-heat Oven to 350 Degrees.

    Take Roast and Cut a Slit in Roast lengthwise.  Fill with Sweet Italian Sausage.
    Place 4 slices of Bacon over top of Sausage Stuffed Roast.

    Place 2 Tablespoons Flour in Cooking Bag and dust bag well.  Dump out
    extra Flour.

    Place Marinated and Stuffed Roast covered with Bacon in Cooking Bag and
    place in Roasting Pan.

    Pour 1/2 Cup of Red Wine over Roast in Bag.  Seal Bag with Tie and Poke Two
    Steam Release Holes in Bag.

    Place in 350 Degree heated Oven and Roast for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until Pork
    reaches 170 Degrees with a Meat Thermometer.

    Serve with Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Carrots and Rolls!

    (Try this same recipe with a Venison Roast too!)
